I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with over 25 years of experience and undergraduate and graduate degrees in nutrition from Cornell and Columbia Universities, respectively.

My holistic approach to wellness incorporates targeted nutritional supplements and nutrigenomics — nutrition based on your genetic profile as well as a healthy personalized diet.

My Website

When you come to my website, I want you to find the nutrition information you need so that you can meet your personal health goals. For you that might mean learning to change the foods you eat, how you shop, how you prepare foods, or how you eat.

Or, it might mean learning about nutrition supplements that may enhance your health, address diseases, or mitigate uncomfortable symptoms. My hope is that you discover your own blend of foods, nutrition supplements and lifestyle changes that works for you.

I want to share the latest science-based nutrition knowledge with you through this website. I also want to share with you what I have learned through my own personal journey and exploration, to feel well and age well.

My Shop

On The Nutrition Supplement Dietitian store you can purchase professional grade nutrition supplements that I have selected to help support your health and feel better. They target inflammation, support basic bodily functions like digestion, sleeping, moving (without pain), maintaining a healthy immune and circulatory system, and address overall health.

As I learn about and evaluate additional products, I will share that information with you and add them to my website.

My Services

I also offer one to one Integrative Nutrition Counseling and Coaching in my office in Briarcliff Manor, NY or remotely for adults and children. My Nutrition Assessments address underlying root causes as well as symptoms. My Nutrition Care Plans are practical and sustainable strategies that I develop with you, often rolling out in stages.

As part of my nutrition “toolbox” I often use genetic results from 23andme or ancestry.com, (focusing on mutations in the methylation pathway) to identify specific nutrients that can support your individual unique variations.

My approach never loses sight of how important it is to enjoy — the foods we eat and the mealtime experience.  Cooking and eating together are opportunities for family members to connect with each other and for friends to share conversations. Food not only provides a connection between people, but it is also our connection to our planet and its health.
