Return Policy

I want every client to know that the nutritional products that I ship are:

  • fresh
  • brand new
  • have ample shelf life until its expiration date.

However, if you would like to return an unopened dietary supplement that you have purchased, you may return it unused, sealed, in its original packaging (in good condition), within 30 days from the order date to:

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping.
This policy applies to returning 1 bottle of a supplement.

If you ordered multiple bottles of a particular supplement you may return one for a refund. Quantities of greater than one of each supplement may not be accepted.

Special orders of products that are not for sale on this website are not eligible for a refund.

Supplements that require refrigeration will not be accepted for return/refund.

Shipping Policy

My intent it to try to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

Shipping within the US
Shipping is free on orders of $49.99 or above, within the United States. A flat rate charge of $3.50 is added to orders less than $49.99. This shipping policy applies to any of the 50 states in the US as well as US Possessions, US Territories that can be shipped domestic USPS  (such as Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa).

Shipping outside the US/International Shipping
If you would like product shipped to other countries, such as Canada or Australia, email me your name, shipping address, phone number (for customs), and how many of each product you would like to order. I will calculate the shipping cost and provide you with an invoice that you can pay by credit card. All sales are in USD. You are responsible for any fees incurred at customs.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are charged where applicable.

Privacy Policy

Respecting your privacy and that of your personal contact information is serious business to me.

Your personal contact information, information on the products you have purchased from me, emails, questions, or feedback on your experience with the products, will not released to anyone, without your explicit, written request.

As I do not advise people through the material contained on this website and my email replies are not to be construed as medical advice.

Emails and HIPAA Compliance

My email replies to you will go to your “inbox” and do not require a security code to open. Therefore our email communications are not HIPAA compliant.

Please do not include personal identifying information such as your birth date, or personal medical information in any emails you send to me.
