Bromelain and Papain – categorized as plant enzymes as they are extracted from pineapple and papaya respectively. Both enzymes are proteolytic which is noted by their ability to break down protein. Bromelain is most beneficial in speeding recovery from overexertion or minor injury whereas papain is most beneficial for increasing circulation.
Protease Therablend – contains multiple strains of protease for digesting proteins. Research has indicated that oral proteases bound to alpha-II macroglobulins are capable of digesting protein pathogens in the blood, thus supporting the immune system.
Catalase – exhibits powerful antioxidant properties and is essential for the body. This enzyme catalyzes the reaction of hydrogen peroxide to form water and oxygen, therefore neutralizing harmful free radicals.
Rutin – a bioflavonoid (plant pigment) found in various fruits and vegetables as well as leaves from several species of plants. Some suggest rutin is capable of strengthening blood vessels. In combination with bromelain, rutin has been known to be used for osteoarthritis.
Serratiopeptidase – a proteolytic enzyme, also known as Serrapeptase. Studies have indicated the potential for this enzyme to increase circulation at the site of infection.
Nattokinase Blend – published studies have shown that nattokinase promotes healthy blood clotting and normal blood viscosity. Nattokinase produces a prolonged action in two ways: it prevents inappropriate coagulation of the blood and it breaks down existing thrombus.

Take 2 capsules three times per day on an empty stomach (1/2 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.)
