SUPPLEMENT POLICIES: SHIPPING + RETURNS

Returns

I want every client to know that the nutritional products that I ship are:

  • fresh
  • brand new
  • have ample shelf life until its expiration date.

However, if you would like to return an unopened dietary supplement that you have purchased, you may return it unused, sealed, in its original packaging (in good condition), within 30 days from the order date to:

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the supplement.

Special orders of products that are not for sale on this website are not eligible for a refund.

Supplements that require refrigeration will not be accepted for return/refund.

Shipping

Shipping – within the US
Shipping is free on orders of $49.99 or above, within the United States. A flat rate charge of $3.50 is added to orders less than $49.99. This shipping policy applies to any of the 50 states in the US as well as US Possessions, US Territories that can be shipped domestic USPS (such as Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa). My intent is to try to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

Shipping – outside the US/International Shipping
If you would like product shipped to other countries, such as Canada or Australia, email me your name, shipping address, phone number (for customs), and how many of each product you would like to order. I will calculate the shipping cost and provide you with an invoice that you can pay by credit card. All sales are in USD. You are responsible for any fees incurred at customs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the Tracking Number.

Payment for Supplements

Unless otherwise arranged, payment for nutrition supplements is expected prior to shipment. Individuals not ordering through the website may request an invoice that they can pay by credit card.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged where applicable.

My email replies to you will go to your “inbox” and do not require a security code to open.

Email should not be used for urgent or sensitive clinical matters since a timely response or confidentiality of email is not always guaranteed. Communications may contain privileged information and, thus is intended only for the individual or entity to whom it is addressed.

Review, dissemination, or copying of these communications by anyone other than the intended recipient is strictly prohibited. If you choose to use email to communicate private medical information, you are agreeing to do so at your own risk.

Please do not include personal identifying information such as your birth date, or personal medical information in any emails you send to me.
