The Nutrition Supplement Dietitian Return Policy
I work to ensure my customers are satisfied with their purchases. I want every client to know that the nutritional products that I ship are:
- fresh
- brand new
- have ample shelf life until its expiration date
- sourced directly either from the manufacturer or distributor for the manufacturer.
If you are looking to return your order we are here to help!
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging (in good condition).
Exemptions:
Supplements that require refrigeration will not be accepted for return/refund.
Special orders that are not for sale on this website are not eligible for a refund.
To make a return:
- Please email us at orders@mysupplementrd.com to alert us that you will be making a return and confirm that you are still within the accepted return window.
- Send the product back to us at the address below along with proof of purchase (original packing slip or copy of your order confirmation).
- Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We suggest also getting a tracking number in case of lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. If the item(s) does not meet the qualifications laid out above we will alert you at that time.
Upon approval a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less the original shipping fee, if any. We strive to process refunds promptly, but please note it can take 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card or Paypal account.
